Thomas and his team recently completed a big landscaping job for us — tiered backyard, retaining walls, fencing, driveway, gates, steps and front brick fencing. We couldn't be happier with the job. Thomas is very knowledgeable, experienced, good and honest with communication, flexible and practical. Thomas and his team transformed our outdoor areas from nothing but horrible concrete into beautiful healthy grass with a retaining wall and pop-up sprinklers. Thomas kept me updated every step of the way and finished the job on time as promised. He was really patient answering all my questions and even now after the job is finished he is happy to give me tips on how to keep the grass looking great. Tom and his team did a great job on paving for me. He was very responsive in his comms, went out of his way to pick up some materials for me and set up a great price. The work itself was outstanding — I needed some sandstone paving done out the back, and the fall and installation of the drain was very high standard. He also did 2sqm of patching up on my driveway. For a fiddly job he got it all done in a day to keep the price down. The boys left the place very clean and were really polite all day. Absolutely recommend Tom and his team!

We contacted 8 or 9 companies for help with our recent renovation. Very few even bothered to quote. Tom arrived, we walked him through our requirements (front & backyard landscaping, driveway, fence, gate, dry stacked stone wall, turf, irrigation and more). Tom spent the time with us, discussing options and delivered a rock-solid itemized quote. I would thoroughly recommend Unique Outdoors for any landscaping project. We have been extremely satisfied with the work done, which has involved two major landscaping projects — firstly our backyard and then our front courtyard. As a consequence, we have two beautifully renovated outdoor living spaces where we now spend a lot of our leisure time. Tom is a very thorough and organised project manager. We were impressed with his detailed and timely quotes, listing specific stages and items required. Tom's communication is excellent and he anticipates the next stages and communicates these in good time. His repertoire of skills is very impressive — rebuilding sandstone walls, concrete pours, retaining walls, building steps, laying tiles/pavers, pool fencing, screening, pool coping, building raised garden beds, mulching, planting and laying turf. The team are hard working, professional and very personable and are a delight to have onsite. The worksite is always left extremely tidy, neat and clean.
